Below are instructions for completing and designing the Love Greeting Card. This is my fifth online tutorial. Enjoy the project!

Pick out a pretty piece of 12 x 12 scrapbook paper.



Fold in half.



Fold in half again.



Using decorative edged scissors in sunflower cut about two inches off one side of card.



This is how your card should look.



Using a piece of contrasting cardstock cut it to fit inside one side of the card for writing.



Using the same color cardstock cut a piece of the cardstock to glue to the front of card.



Using an exacto knife cut small slits width wise on the front of the card at the bottom.







Using the same color ribbon as you did cardstock thread the ribbon through the slits.

Using a heart shaped punch cut out three hearts in beige colored cardstock and glue on front of card.

Using FA Acrylics in Wicker White and Berry Wine paint your rosebud.



Using FA Acrylics in Thicket and Wicker White paint your stem and leaves.



Using Papier Paint in Linen line the inside of your hearts.



Using Papier Paint in Linen write LOVE on the front of your card beside the rose.
